Automatically covered by a 12-month warranty for safety, performance and construction. This can be extended by providing that the stove has been installed by a qualified competent approved installer or suitably signed off by local building control covering the installation of the stove and, by registering your product within 1 month of the purchase of the stove.
Specflue will guarantee the stove and flue system for 10 or 20 years, depending on the approve Schiedel or Specflue chimney system chosen. If this is not installed with an approved system, then the guarantee will remain at 12-months.
